S R stands for Size Reduction

Because weight is not an indication of size but merely an indication of how heavy you are. We thought it was important to teach the difference between lean toned muscle and fat. A kilo of Fat is almost twice the size of lean toned muscle. So if you were to replace 10kg of fat with 10kg of muscle you would weigh the same but you would be much smaller. Understanding this is the real key to weight loss and Size Reduction.

The SR Club will give you the opportunity to have a body Analysis Report every week so that you will see the change in your body development. The increase in Bone Density, Protein Levels, Muscle Development and the decrease in Body Fat and Viseral Fat. You are also able to monitor your Metabolic Rate, this is how many calories that you burn in a day, the more lean muscle you have the more calories you burn. Which means that if you have poor lean muscle, you'll burn very little, therefore you'll put weight on easily.

Diets are designed for you to lose muscle then fat, so when you come off your diet you put the weight back on straight away because your metabolic rate has decreased. We will show you that eating a sensible diet (6 times a day) and regular exercise your body will decrease in size very quickly and you'll feel toned, fit and have loads of energy.
