Heart Beats 24 7 we have 3 sets of Dumbbells, set number One is a Chrome set that range from 1kg up to 10kg. Sets 2 and 3 are rubber coated and there are 15 pairs in each set, they range from 5kg up to 35kg in 2.5kg increments. The reason that they stop at 35kg is because we are not a bodybuilders gym and nor will we ever be, we are too limited on room. Having said that, Dumbbells up to 35kg are more than adequate for most peoples needs.
We also have 6 Fully adjustable Benches, (Incline & Decline). A Scott Bench or Preacher Curl Bench. Utility Bench, Ab Crunch Bench, Ab Coaster, Sit Up Bench, Dips and Chin Up Machine.
